Silverman CPM Welcomes a New Team Member

We are pleased to announce the arrival of the newest member of the Silverman team, Project Manager Mike Delean. Mike has an extensive background estimating, managing, and supervising construction site work, hardscape, and concrete and masonry projects. He worked previously with Reeves Construction, and has been recognized for his knowledge and experience as a contractor, performing a multitude of significant concrete projects in the Southeast.

Silverman CPM President Arnie Silverman said, “Mike brings a different perspective and different qualities from other project managers, and we are very excited to have him on the team.”

Mike will be involved in several active and emerging Silverman CPM projects, including the Ansley Park Civic Association Traffic Calming and Streetscape Project and the Palisades Apartment project.
