Silverman CPM is Moving!

The holiday season is fast approaching and during this time of the year we like to express our gratitude and appreciation for you, our friends and clients. We are fortunate to continue the work we believe in – helping to build a strong and cohesive community through caring, contributing, and constructing. 

We have especially exciting news to share: Silverman Construction Program Management will begin a new chapter in 2020 when we move our offices to Industrious at Ponce City Market.

Ponce City Market is one of our largest projects to date. By fully renovating the Sears, Roebuck & Company building situated on Ponce de Leon Avenue, the building’s prominence as a vital landmark was preserved. Linked with the Atlanta Beltline, Ponce City Market is a hub for the vibrant Old Fourth Ward community and is now our exciting new home compared to five years ago when it was our daily project site. 

Our offices will be located inside Industrious, an innovative 70,000 square foot co-working space located on the west side of the building (above West Elm) on the 8th floor. Our move is planned for early January. 

Later next year, on September 25, 2020, Silverman CPM will celebrate 25 years of service. When we started in 1995, we had no idea where it would lead, and it has been a truly amazing venture. Our clients have been wonderful, and our goal has always been to provide value-added service to their projects. We are very proud of our work and accomplishments. All of us at Silverman remain passionate about and committed to the “for-purpose” community-minded organizations in Atlanta and their construction projects.
