Weber School

Silverman CPM had acted as the representative for the New Atlanta Jewish Community High School for several years prior to its renaming as The Weber School.  Silverman worked with the Weber School to locate a new site, the old Lucent building at Roswell and Abernathy Roads in Sandy Springs. Silverman performed the necessary due diligence on the existing buildings and site, and then worked with the committee to choose an architect and contractor. Silverman then managed all aspects of this very challenging project from programming, planning, and construction through occupancy. The school was completed on budget and in the required phases of completion, with the administration and classroom buildings occupied in August 2006, athletic fields completed in August 2006, and the gymnasium in January 2007.
