The Cliff Valley School

After Cliff Valley School determined that they needed a new facility, they went through a difficult process to procure and obtain zoning for their new property on Clairmont Road.  Though design work and site preparation was underway, they recoginzed the need for professional program management. Silverman CPM was selected to assist the school through design contract negotiations, coordinate and manage the general contractor selection process, and to manage the program through occupancy of the building.
