Silverman CPM assisted ADID with the revitatlization of Simpson St. from Centennial Olympic Park Dr to West Peachtree St. The project consisted of new sidewalks, granite curbing, and new trees.

Silverman CPM began working with the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) in 2005 to manage multiple streetscape projects funded through various federal and state sources, with ADID providing the 20% matching funds. The projects resulted from a planning process known as “Imagine Downtown”, and have an overall value of $20 million.
