A renovation of the second floor of one of the original classroom buildings of the Paideia School included all new finishes that were installed to upgrade a very tired interior space and provide a brand new looking facility for students. A new heating and cooling systems was installed for the building.

Silverman CPM has represented the Paideia School, as their construction program manager, through the majority of their construction projects dating back to Silverman CPM’s inception in 1995. Silverman provides the School with Owner representation throughout the entire construction program, provides due diligence and property assessment services, manages schedule and budget, and acts as the project team liaison.
