Jr. High Classroom Building, Gym Expansion & Black Box Theater

Silverman CPM acted as the Owners representative and Program Manager for Paideia’s new building, which consisted of jr. high classrooms and labs and a competitition gymnasium. This multistory structure was heated and cooled using geothermal systems. This LEED Gold structure incorporated many different uses on a very tight site. Student safety was of great concern during construction, and no accidents were reported.

Silverman CPM has represented the Paideia School, as their construction program manager, through the majority of their construction projects dating back to Silverman CPM’s inception in 1995. Silverman provides the School with Owner representation throughout the entire construction program, provides due diligence and property assessment services, manages schedule and budget, and acts as the project team liaison.
