Inner Harbor East Hotel

Silverman CPM stepped in to manage the successful completion of construction for this 700,000 sq. ft., 750-room Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. Prior to Silverman’s involvement, the project had serious problems of budget, schedule, and adversarial relationships. 

Among the hotel’s many amenities are a Presidential suite, concierge-level suites, banquet facilities, state-of-the-art conference audio-video systems, multiple bars and restaurants, health club, and indoor pool.

Following the successful completion of the $70 million Inner Harbor East Marriot Hotel and Conference Center, the owner asked Silverman to manage the construction of a $12 million, 329,000 sq. ft. retail/office building. The 10 levels of parking were constructed over the finished office and retail space, and contained the same challenges that are involved in developing all multi-use projects.
