Georgia Gwinnett College Phase II

This project went from programming and design through construction and occupancy in a period of eighteen months, and Silverman CPM managed the coordination and communication process throughout. Silverman provided an array of services, including budget and cost control, scheduling oversight of design and construction phases, quality assurance of design and construction management, value engineering, management, and analysis.

As a result of Silverman CPM’s work on Phase I, the firm was selected on a negotiated basis by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and Georgia Gwinnett College as Executive Administrator for the design-build delivery of Phase II. The program consisted of faculty offices, standard and computer classrooms, and a large assembly space. The school took occupancy in August 2008.
