First Presbyterian Church Renovations

First Presbyterian Church occupies a historic building in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. When the Building Committee was charged with managing the renovation of both the exterior and large portions of the interior of the building, they hired Silverman CPM. Silverman worked with the committee to select the exterior Engineers, interior Architect, General Contractor, and numerous other consultants needed for the project. Major challenges on this project included handling the logistics and safety issues involved with keeping the church fully functional on site while renovation was on-going for classrooms, administrative offices, choir rehearsal space and in Fifield Hall, which houses the church’s main community room along with its kitchen.
