Deepdene Park
The work in Deepdene Park included construction of three bridges, as well as paths with granite curbing and cobblestone gutters. The restoration and repairs to the stream and the ecosystem of the interior of the park involved a series of weirs and gabions to eliminate scour pits, the slowing of water velocity to stop erosion caused by invading storm sewers, the removal of non-native invasive plants, and the stabilization of the stream banks.
