Community Clubhouse and Pool

Originally built in the 1940s, the Brookwood Hills Community Center was in need of a complete renovation, and Silverman CPM was brought on as project manager. Silverman provided the full range of program management services, including the selection process for the architect and contractor, coordination between design professionals (architecture and civil/landscaping), overseeing design, budgeting, and scheduling processes, and managing construction through completion and warranty.

The 6-acre property includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, ball fields, recreation and playground areas, as well as 4,000 sq. ft. of buildings, containing rest rooms, concessions, and meeting areas.

This project was awarded a City of Atlanta Urban Design Commission award.
