Central Presbyterian Church Renovation

Silverman CPM was selected as Program Manager for a renovation and construction project at Central Presbyterian Church in downtown Atlanta. Details of the program include renovations to Rand Chapel and the main sanctuary and courtyard; stained glass window replacement and preservation; and the installation of a new elevator. Silverman’s services include defining the entire scope of work and development of an overall conceptual budget for each project, preparing a preliminary milestone project schedule, and identifying logistical and phasing issues. Silverman was also asked to assist the Owner with the selection of an Architect and General Contractor, facilitate reviews and approvals during the design phases, and monitor and manage the team during construction to ensure proper costs, schedule, and quality standards.
