Beulah Missionary Baptist Church Sanctuary & Education Center

On the recommendation of the lending bank and mortgage company, Beulah Baptist Church’s Board of Trustees engaged Silverman CPM to assist with their project to build a new sanctuary. Fraught with schedule delays, cost overruns, and poor quality construction, the program was in disarray. Silverman worked with the design team, contractor, and Owner to make significant changes and bring the project into line. The result was a beautiful new facility featuring a 3,100 seat Sanctuary, classrooms, offices, and a fellowship hall with a large commercial kitchen. Silverman also arranged the purchase of numerous additional elements, including pews, a sound system, signage, a security system, and kitchen equipment.
