Berkeley Hills Country Club

Recognized with a Construction Management Project Achievement Award, this project involved the demolition and reconstruction of all Berkeley Hills Country Club amenities and maintenance facilities, excluding the golf course. Main features included a new two-story main clubhouse, new swim and tennis clubhouse and facilities, a new maintenance building, golf cart storage, and storm water detention facilities. Silverman CPM managed the project through the Pre-Design, Programming and Schematic Design, Schematic Pricing, Construction Document and Value Engineering Phase, Construction and Closeout Phases.
