Beacon Municipal Complex

Silverman CPM served as Program Manager for a renovation and new construction project for the Beacon Municipal Complex in downtown Decatur. Program elements include the renovation of the 1947 Beacon School, joining the school to the City Schools of Decatur Administration Building, and the construction of an onsite Active Living Facility and new Police Precinct. The project also features an underground, million gallon storm water detention vault to reduce flooding in the area.
