Active Oval

Silverman CPM represented Piedmont Park Conservancy as their Construction Manager for the renovation of the four-acre area known today as Piedmont Park’s Active Oval. This project included the new construction of two soccer fields, two baseball diamonds, two volleyball courts, a track, a center shade structure, and landscaping upgrades. Silverman worked with the Conservancy, the Landscape Architect, and the General Contractor to bring this long-planned project into budget, without sacrificing crucial elements of the plan.
