International Community School

In 2011, Silverman Construction Program Management began working with International Community School to evaluate Medlock Elementary School, a middle school no longer in use by Dekalb County. SCPM provided an overview of the facility and evaluation as a new location for the consolidation of two ICS facilities in Dekalb County. SCPM worked with a general contractor to determine health and projected life span of existing mechanical systems, roof and overall building condition, and developed a renovation budget and overall project budget for the relocation. Later, SCPM was engaged to install modular classrooms.
