Wade Walker Park Family YMCA

Silverman/Steele Joint Venture managed the approximately $18 Million Wade Walker Park Family YMCA in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This joint project with DeKalb County and the YMCA includes a three-story, approximately 60,000 sq. ft. building incorporating lobby, atrium, reception space, full court gym with seating for approximately 400 spectators, elevated soft surface walking track, computer room, wellness room, dance aerobics room, child care facility, multi-purpose meeting rooms, administration, indoor natatorium with locker rooms and sauna, and outdoor multi-purpose pool. This new facility opened in 2012, and was completed as part of a $60 million DeKalb County Parks Bond Project awarded to Silverman/Steele JV in 2006.
