Mason Mill Park – Phase II

In 2006, Silverman/Steele Joint Venture was awarded the $60 million DeKalb County Parks Bond Project, and we continue work on the numerous projects included in that scope. As Program Manager, Silverman is responsible for assisting in preparing RFQ and RFP document, management of design and deliverables. including review of all documents from concept through 100% Construction documents, maintaining and reporting project schedules and budgets, management of team meetings (Owner-architect and/or Owner-Architect-Contractor), monitoring quality of work and adherence to schedule, and overseeing required close-out and assuring Owner acceptance.
