In 2010, Silverman CPM was selected as the Project Manager and Owner Representative for Clayton County’s SPLOST Program. Included in the program was the Forest Park Library Branch, a new 16,000 sq. ft., $5.1M branch library for the city of Forest Park, GA. This new library includes 82 public use computers, a multi-purpose meeting room, a computer lab classroom, a children’s program area, and public seating for 246 people.
