Temple Sinai

Silverman CPM began working with Temple Sinai in the master planning stage for this project, which included renovation on the existing 30-year old building, the addition of a classroom wing and chapel, as well as extensive parking and landscaping work. Silverman’s scope of work involved assistance in the zoning and permitting process, management of programming and design review, relocation assistance for the construction period, as well as oversight of the extensive construction. The project had major site challenges and neighborhood issues, and the congregation desired amenities that outstripped the budget.  Silverman worked with the designer and contractor to keep this project within budget through numerous meetings and redesign efforts.
