Torah Day School
Torah Day School began operations at its current site, knowing the existing facility needed significant upgrades. When Silverman CPM was hired and the project began, there were the constant challenges of managing a large construction job where the daily safety of children was the priority.
This project involved all of the typical functions of construction program management, including working through the planning, due diligence, contract and budget issues, as well as oversight during construction. It also had the added challenge of multiple funding sources and complicated Industrial Revenue Bond financing, a dynamic in which Silverman was instrumental in helping the owner.
