My Sister’s House

Silverman CPM was hired by the Atlanta Mission during the Due Diligence / Pre-Design phase of the My Sister’s House project.  After managing the design process, Silverman CPM worked with the Mission to put together the necessary fundraising documents, and to get the project approved through a difficult zoning and permitting process. Project highlights include a new multi-purpose facility with kitchen, dining room, offices and classrooms, a new residential apartment wing, two new playgrounds, and the renovation of an old school for use as an emergency shelter.
