Mike joined the Silverman team in August 2018 as a Project Manager bringing over 40 years of construction industry experience. His 30 years of project management experience includes developing project control systems, project office mobilization, team coordination, program schedules, near-term schedules, cost tracking, and related information technology services.  Project scope ranged from a $2 million elementary school renovation to a $1 billion urban airport expansion.

Prior to joining Silverman, Mike was a Project Manager with Rosser International where he facilitated the design of a 3,000 seat performing arts center in Greensboro with coordination of design consultant services, equipment vendors, and owner engagement.
