Silverman CPM has represented the Paideia School, as their construction program manager, through the majority of their construction projects dating back to Silverman CPM’s inception in 1995.
Over the years, projects have included a new high school building, a gymnasium and theatre complex, the historic Adair House renovation, Python Park ball fields and other athletic facilities. In 2009, the firm managed the new 2-story junior high school, a black box theater, a multi- purpose gymnasium and associated athletic support space. Utilizing a collaborative team approach, the new Junior High School and Gymnasium project received a LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council.
Continuing this long standing relationship with Paideia School, Silverman CPM recently managed the Python Hall, an existing two story concrete block structure that was one of the first structures built by the School in the 1970’s and is located on the mainstream part of the campus. Additionally, Silverman CPM represented the School through the rebuild of the Mother Goose Classroom building that burned in a fire in 2010.
Silverman CPM provides the School with Owner representation throughout the entire construction program, provides due diligence and property assessment services, manages schedule and budget and acts as the project team liaison.
