Andrew Silverman

Project Manager

Andrew joined Silverman CPM in 2010 after graduating from the University of Miami. Prior to joining Silverman CPM, Andrew worked as an onsite office engineer on with a contractor to gain in field experience. At Silverman CPM, Andrew began working primarily on streetscape improvement projects. Constantly working with the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District and Midtown Alliance. He worked on over 15 miscellaneous streetscapes to learn extensive knowledge of all construction procedures and criteria for complex street improvement projects.

Andrew joined the Ponce City Market team and learned a vast amount of knowledge for renovation projects along with new construction. During his time on the project he handled regular project meetings, pay request reviews, and many other tasks assisting the senior project manager. He has since been working on other projects learning new construction practices and being a valuable team member throughout the office.
