Arnie Silverman and his talented team at Silverman Construction Program Management were a vital part of the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s transformational expansion, overseeing the construction of the SAGE parking deck, Hardin Visitor Center, Canopy Walk, Cascade, and Edible Garden. Silverman CPM provided program management, construction oversight, and strategic guidance over the course of six years as these world-class projects came to fruition. These were exceedingly challenging projects, and Arnie’s expertise, as well other professionals at Silverman, guided us through every challenge, hurdle, and opportunity. Suffice it to say, these beautiful and transformational projects would not exist today without Silverman at the table!

Parking Deck and Visitor Center
The Atlanta Botanical Expansion Project is a large, multiple structure, garden and greenspace expansion project located on Piedmont Avenue. Program highlights include a new two-story VIsitor Center, a six-level parking deck, an elevated treetop canopy walkway, and multiple greenspace components. The Visitor Center and Parking Facility project received a LEED® Gold certification from the USGBC. Silverman CPM has represented the Atlanta Botanical Garden throughout these projects, and continues to work on various renovation projects within the Garden.
