Beulah Baptist Church

Silverman CPM was engaged by the Board of Trustees of Beulah Baptist Church to assist their Building Committee in the construction of their new building, which contains a 3,100 seat Sanctuary, Classrooms, Administrative Offices, and a Fellowship Hall which includes a large commercial kitchen.  Silverman CPM was recommended to the Church by their bank, after the Church began to experience problems during construction.  The construction was behind schedule and over budget.  Silverman CPM worked with the design team, contractor, and owner to push this facility through to completion.   The work included helping The Church to purchase numerous items outside of the contractor’s work – kitchen equipment, pews, sound system, interior and exterior signage, and a security system.

Continuing their relationship with Beulah Baptist Church, Silverman CPM represented the Church through the new construction of their 70,000-s.f. Family Life Center.  This facility containing a gymnasium with a regulation basketball court with two side courts and bleachers also functioned as an event venue with a raised stage, theatrical lighting, and full sound and video systems tied into the main sanctuary.  Other functions in the building include a five lane 25-yard indoor swimming pool, aerobics room, a running track,  exercise room, library, video ministry, counseling offices, youth game room, youth general purpose room with stage, two conference rooms, an arts and crafts room, and two child care rooms.
