Testimonials

“Silverman’s services to the City of Atlanta truly lived up to their motto of: a champion of the Owner. I would welcome another opportunity to work with Silverman and their project team.”

-Mr. Alvin Dodson, Assistant Director City of Atlanta, Office of Park Design

“There is an old Southern tradition that if at the end of building a house, the Owner is happy, the Architect is happy and the Builder is happy you place a gold coin on the top of the post of the staircase as you open the door to symbolize a job well done.

I have seen the work Arnie Silverman and the Silverman Team performed on the Olmsted Linear Park and we should place a gold coin in the Park to symbolize another job well done by the Project Management Team, Silverman Construction Program Management.”

-Sam A. Williams, President Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce

“Paideia School has used Silverman Construction Program Management over the past 25 years to build and renovate more than ten buildings on the Paideia School Campus. When we build again, I am confident that Paideia will continue to use Silverman Construction Program Management’s services. They do top-flight work, they are dependable and easy to work with, and in the end everybody wins!”

-Paul Bianchi, Headmaster, Paideia School
